I love your program! We started juicing about two years ago, mainly so our sons would get their fruits and veggies, but we only drinking one a day – maybe. Both my husband and I are now juicing all day and we both feel great! In addition to weight loss, we both agree that we are also able to think more clearly, don’t get the afternoon slumps, and our mental attitude is so much more positive. I don’t look at this as a “diet” but as a way of life. We eat healthy meals and, yes, I do indulge in the dessert still occasionally, but not like I used to. I have been coffee free for over a month and don’t even notice – except now the taste of coffee is disgusting to me. And amazingly, I don’t have to take as much allergy medicine! …Before juicing, I was taking allergy medicine both in the morning and evening, as well as an inhaler. I would start wheezing if I would forget to take the evening dose, but I haven’t taken the evening dose for about a week now and can’t tell the difference. I never expected that but am thrilled! Well Donnie, for now I plan on two more weeks, then perhaps more after that depending on how much I lose. I still need to lose around 30lbs I feel. By definition, being overweight means your liver is overworked. The liver is where fat is metabolized, but that job gets put on the back burner when it is overworked with more important tasks. So, for any weight loss plan to be successful, you also have to nourish your liver. You do that by 1.) removing toxins it has to process, such as that Sweet’N Low in your iced tea and that aspartame in your diet soda, and 2) eating nutrient dense food and lots of green leafy vegetables. Some of the foods you should eat are obvious, such as the cruciferous vegetables for liver health. Other things are less obvious, such as olive oil and nuts, both of which have more calories, but since many weight problems include an inability to digest fats, that makes up for fat cravings. By supplying your body with healthy fats, your probability of cheating on your diet goes down.

Hi I just started. I have 120oz juice fod breakfast, and lunch and a protein shake with frozen fruit, almond milk, and chia seeds for dinner. I do snack on nuts and raisins. Will I lose weight? I haven’t weighed yet lol. Great site by the way!
The reason juicing helped me was largely because I was consuming a whole lot of empty calories and I felt unsatisfied all of the time. In a state of being un-satisfied I did what anyone would do in my situation and I ate more. So much more in fact that it didn’t matter how long I would work out in the gym my body remained the same.
Sarah, thanks for you comment and congrats on ordering your juicer and deciding to start a juice fast! You can have between 4-6 juices per day with each being around 16-20 ounces.
