I am starting my juice fast on Monday 6th jan. I have a chronic condition like Joe called Chronic Urticaria. Only my condition is triggered by cold temperatures. (Cold Urticaria). I’m on the 3rd day of my juice fast now, love your recipes and its not going so bad. I have a couple of questions. I only really crave food at night, during most of the day I don’t have the cravings, but around 8 or 9pm, all i can think about is food and it makes it hard to go to sleep even though Im drinking 6 16oz juices per day. My other question is, would it be ok to juice like tomato, spinach, and carrot or something similar and then heat it and add spices to make a soup? Thanks!
