I feel I’m the definition of a fat skinny girl… I’m 5’3 and 110 lbs.. I know that sounds average but I feel like my arms are very thick and my love handles make me very self conscious.. I usually eat very healthy and exercise 6-7 days a week.. 3 days hot power sculpt yoga and 3-4 days HIIT treadmill, elliptical, rowing, and sit-ups.. I’ve been working out like that for about 6 weeks now.. I feel like I build muscle very fast especially in my legs and arms.. Therefore I now have that “bulky” frame.. Like big muscles under a layer of fat making me not able to fit any of my jeans and my tops feel so tight.. I hate to work out so hard just to be getting even bigger than I was originally.. I really want to have those great sculpted arms.. I know I won’t tho until I rid of that layer of fat.. I’m on day 3 of juicing.. I make variation of mean green 3 times daily..   1. Melissa, you can make your juices in the morning and take them to work with you as long as you store them in an airtight container and keep them in the refrigerator.
