I started juicing 9days ago. I first only did one juice in the am, and by the third day I did It twice a day. I am down one pant size already and noticed a huge release of bloating in my entire body. I went out of town on the 7th day into my juicing and was not able to juice, I was Incredibly fatigued with no energy and all i kept thinking about was how bad I wanted a juice! !. I lost 17 lbs and it has been my first week of juicing. I plan to go another 10 days with a goal of losing 30 lbs. I feel great and have a ton of energy. The frist 2 days are hard mentally so stay strong.
Longoria, congrats on day 2 of your juice fast! You may want to consider adding an unflavored protein isolate to your juices before and after pt. That will help make sure you aren’t loosing too much muscle and give you some energy to get through your pt. hi… i m 24 years old and i m 206 pounds and i am on the verge of trying to shed 50 pounds in 8 months…this juicing diet seems to be interesting since theres lots of positive comments.. but then i was wondering.. if i go on a juicing diet of 8 months or till i reach my goal with once a week a cheat day meal and 30 minutes of workout daily , will i be able to lose weight permanently? and will my weight increase rapid if i slowly get back to normal eating but healthy meal maybe a balanced lunch a day after that? please do guide me thank you so much in advance.
