I just started juicing yesterday, my father in law bought me a juicer about 6 yrs ago and I thought wow another thing to clutter my counter! Needless to say it stayed in the box in the garage. Well I have been laid up due to my herniated discs and not been able to go to the gym. I have probably gained about 10 lbs in a month ( not helping my back pain). Frustrated and realizing being overweight is causing extreme stress on my bones I decided to try juicing. I know certain veggies and fruits have proven to reduce inflammation, well we will see.
