Good morning, today I am starting my second fast. I did my first fast a few months ago and I did it for 10 days and lost a total of 14 lbs. I am going for a 30 day fast this time. You will go through detox for the first few days. Some people don’t experience any bad symptoms except cravings. Just stick to it Joanne. You can do anything for a week if you really want to.
