Stuart, I had very high blood pressure and was on medication before I started. My blood pressure was normalized within three days of the fast. Don’t stop taking your medicine though. You may want to schedule a check up with your doctor or monitor your pressure daily in intervals so you can get an idea of how your blood pressure is on and off the meds while you are juicing.

Hi Donnie, my boyfriend and I will start juicing tomorrow morning. We have been really excited to start right after the holidays. He started trying your juicing recipes the next day. He is tall, thin and is great shape, so I was surprised to learn of his new-found passion for organic juicing.
