I may want food sometimes because I’m addicted, but I definitely don’t feel deprived. I would try drink more juice and going green. I’ve lost 11.5 lbs so far. Good luck!

Longest I’ve juiced days in row was only 3….and lost 6.5 lbs….then took a couple of days break….and did again. Later I juiced during the day and had a sensible dinner. I’m trying to restart and do a 5 day minimum juice…its so difficult!
