I am coming close to the end of my 14 day fast. I have lost 12 pounds at this point on day 10 but my goal is to lose a total of 30-40 pounds. I have really been wanting to eat solid food for the last couple of days and am looking forward to eating again. I am planning on eating for about a week or 10 days then starting a 7 day juice fast and then eating for a few days and then doing a 7 day juice fast and so on and so forth until I reach my goal weight. Do you think my body will respond in this manner of fasting then eating then fasting? If it makes more sense to do another 14 day fast after I eat solids for a week or so then I guess I would give that a try again but after the end of day 9 it started getting difficult for me and I am cranky at my husband every time he eats. today is day 2 of 14 for me. yesterday went pretty good. I dont have a juicer so i bought Naked Juice and Bolthouse Farms. Are these good choices for my juice fast? I weigh 185 lbs. Lets see how much I lose in just 2 weeks!
