Farheen, when you travel you may have trouble if you don’t have access to your juicer. If you can’t juice the best thing to do would be to only eat fresh fruits and veggies throughout your stay and ten hop back on your fast as soon as you can.

The biggest thing I noticed within about 3 days of starting the cleanse is that my joints don’t ache so much. I know I had a lot of inflammation. My fingers ached a lot and knees and hips, but now it’s much much less. The other thing I’ve started checking is my BP. Honestly, I was scared to take it before I started.
