Great site. I’m fixing to do this for my first time. I need to lose 30 pounds of baby fat!!! It seems like a lot to me right now because my 1200 calorie diet is so slow!!!! Only 4 pounds in 12 days. I want results like now. Maybe you should have people volunteer(not me) to do before and after photos so moms like me can see that losing baby fat is attainable. Then maybe more moms would be inspired to be healthier. It’s hard when your goal weight just seems so far away. It can be pretty depressing.
I gotta tell you, my 2nd day was the Hardest! I was so tired and wanted so badly to eat something, anything! The worst was feeling tired and dozing off. If I had know that would happen I would hve started my cleanse on a Friday and i could have drank my juice and gone to sleep in my bed! But i pushed thru and stay strong. I see that I should start the day with 1/2 lemon with 12-16 oz of warm to hot water. How important is the temperature?
