Hey donnie i am doing a three month weight loss program at my work and want to lose 30lbs not only for the challenge but for my own personal gain to become slimmer and healthier. My question is that if i start my two weeks of juicing now will i potentially gain the weight back by the time the three months are up or do u recommend waiting till the last two weeks of the challenge? Hi I have been juicing now for 8 days and lost 11lb already but still have at least 20lb to go. Just had some bad news today and ended eating things that I shouldn’t as long as I carry on the diet how will my body react to the excess intake an will I put a lot of weight back on again??
My very first day of my 10 day juicing journey! I must say it was not as bad as I thought it would be. I felt a little light headed but I still could do my 3km run and my normal exercises at the gym. I’m looking forward to day 2!

If juices were graded, this one would get an A+ for being one of the healthiest drinks out there. You can’t go wrong with plenty of cruciferous vegetables. The lime juice nicely tops off the flavor to give it a zesty appeal.
Chris, no solids! If your energy is low have another juice or do your best to relax and recover. Your body is going through change while you juice so it’s best to let it adjust. Sleep if you can. Having a salad won’t hurt you but it can slow down your weight loss a bit.
Hi! My mom and I really want to start a juicing diet over the summer because we would like to lose weight and be overall healthier. So let me get this straight.. you’re saying people lose weight because they are juicing mostly fruits and veggies that don’t taste good? You’ve obviously never juiced and don’t know what you’re talking about. Weight loss occurs because you are flushing your body with a high amount of nutrition. This creates a system of low toxicity in your body and allows your body to release it’s toxins (stored in fat). The toxins leaving your body allow the nutrients to balance your system and give you the nutrition you’ve been lacking. Also, juices taste amazingly good and almost everyone who I have helped juice agrees.
Tell that to the thousands of people who juiced last month, lost weight, lowered their blood pressure, got off their medications, who are back to eating a healthy diet, and are feeling better than they have in years…
Hi, instead of juicing, could this be run through a vitamix? I get freaked out about too much orange juice…good food/bad food programming, I know. But the using the whole orange makes me feel better about it. Thoughts??
